- 1940 Triumphantly Hitler returns to Berlin after spending 8 weeks supervising the western invasion on Europe to a heroes welcome from population
- 1945 USA carries out operation overcast taking Austrian and German scientists back to carry out research and development for there own weapons systems
- 1966 52 POW were marched through streets of Hanoi and were subjected to beatings and public humiliation which became a PR disaster for Vietnam Cong
