The main Veteran Profile photograph must show the individual in military uniform.
4. Product Information and Availability
We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions, pricing, and availability of products listed on our website are accurate. However, please be aware that errors may occasionally occur, and we cannot guarantee the constant availability of all products.
In the event of an error or product unavailability, we will notify you promptly and offer either a full refund or an alternative product as appropriate.
5. Pricing and Payment
All products within our store are displayed in local currency and sold in GBP £.
Delivery charges will be shown at checkout.
International buyers accept responsibility and costs for any applicable duties, taxes, tariffs or import charges incurred as result of their order. Legends Live On is not liable for these costs.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept a variety of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Revolut and Paypal.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
While we strive to deliver products within the estimated time frame, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
Please note that we are not responsible for any applicable duties, taxes tariffs or import charges that may be applied to international orders.
We do not offer a collection service.

7. Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You must then return the item within a further 14 days for a full refund or exchange in accordance with our returns policy. The returns address will be confirmed following notification from the buyer that they wish to return the goods.
The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Some items may not be eligible for returns or refunds, but this will be advised on the site before purchasing the product.
The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or was shipped in error.

8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our Customer Service team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including, but not limited to, orders for which payment has not been successfully processed.

By posting a Veteran Profile that includes the Veteran’s name and/or photograph of a living individual, you confirm you have explicit consent from them to do so.
By posting a Veteran Profile that includes the Veteran’s name and/or photograph of a deceased individual, you confirm you have explicit consent from their family or legal representatives to do so, unless the information is already in the public domain.
You agree not to publish information that could harm the individual’s reputation or cause emotional impact on their relatives.
You agree not to publish personal telephone numbers, addresses, email addresses, dates of birth, service number, national insurance numbers, social security numbers, or any other personally identifiable information (PII) within a Veteran Profile, regardless of whether the individual is living or deceased.
The main Veteran Profile photograph must show the individual in military uniform.
10. Account Registration
Certain features or services of the Site may require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update that information as necessary to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

The content, features, and functionality of the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by or licensed to Legends Live On Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.
