At Legends Live On, we are committed to delivering your purchases in a timely, secure, and efficient manner. Please review our delivery policy for detailed information:

  1. Order Processing
    • We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  2. Shipping Methods and Costs
    • We offer a variety of shipping options for your convenience:
      • UK:
        • Caps are delivered free of charge.  Other items may incur the following delivery charges but shipping cost will be confirmed at checkout.
        • Tracked 24 - from £4.29 (aims to deliver between 1-2 working days)
        • Tracked 48 - from £3.45 (aims to deliver between 2-3 working days)
      • International:
        • Caps are delivered at a cost of £10 per cap.
        • Delivered via Royal Mail International Tracked.
        • Estimated delivery timelines vary per location and cannot be guaranteed.
        • Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of you, the Customer.
      • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.
  3. Order Tracking
    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order via the carrier's website or by logging into your account on our site.  
  4. Shipping Delays
    • While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather, strikes, carrier delays, and customs procedures. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Returns & Refunds

  1. Return Eligibility
    • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us via the form on our Contact page within 14 days of delivery.  You must then return the item within a further 14 days for a full refund or exchange in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.  The returns address will be confirmed following notification from the buyer that they wish to return the goods.
    • The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging with tags and labels intact, and in a condition suitable for resale. Some items may not be eligible for returns or refunds, such as final sale items, personalized products, and perishable goods.  
    • The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or was shipped in error.
  2. Return Process
    • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team via the form on our Contact page, detailing your order number and reason for the return.
    • Once your return is authorised, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to return the item/s to.
    • All returns must be shipped to the provided return address. Please ensure that the return is adequately packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
  3. Return Shipping Costs
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except when the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, or if the item was damaged during transit.
  4. Refunds
    • Once we receive and are satisfied with your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
    • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  5. Exchanges
    • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
    • Exchanges due to defects or errors will be processed at no additional cost to you.
  6. Damaged or Faulty Items
    • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via the form on our Contact page, providing a description and photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
